Premium Funding

Premium Funding allows you the option to spread payment of annual premiums over either 10, 11 or 12 months to assist cash flow to suit your business or personal needs. One of the advantages of premium funding is that it enables you to have a single renewal/review date for insurances, rather than needing to spread the policy renewals throughout the year and repeat the renewal/review process several times.

TSI operate our own premium funding facility which allows us to fund premium payments at very competitive rates. If you would like to discuss funding your insurance premiums our Team are happy to assist you and can provide an indication for you on the monthly cost. If the terms are acceptable to you, we can then complete a very simple Premium Funding agreement.

Our Background

TSI was established by Trevor and Cheryl Strong on Auckland’s North Shore. The business continues to grow and now has locations in Auckland, Tauranga, Coromandel, Gisborne and Masterton, providing insurance broking and consulting services across NZ and overseas.

How premium funding works:

TSI Funding provides a loan facility to clients by making the premium payments to insurers. The insured then repays the loan. The security for the loan is the policy itself and its proceeds – there’s no other fixed or floating security.
Arranging and maintaining the appropriate insurance coverage, supported by managing claims when they occur is the TSI point of difference. With our combined broking, underwriting and claims handling experience our team are meticulous about selecting the right insurer and insurance coverage to suit the individual needs of our clients, and importantly manage the claims process.
